Dip-coating is designed to be used in little medium ophtalmic labs. Machine designe is very compact to reduce floor occupance to a minimum. Coater timing is 5 minutes per batche. Machine can utilize all kind of lacquers, applicable via dipping, currently on the market. Machine is  a sequence of loading, cleaning, drying, coating, curing and unloading zone. Loading station can hold up to 5 product batches. Atmosphere, inside machine casing, is protected from external contaminants and in coating zone is comparable to a clean room. Cleaning and drying sections use TERMOVIDE technology. Clenaing section is designed also to etche all machine parts, like pipes and tanks, in touch with lacquers. Coating section is designed to manage one primer and two lacquers. Lacquer pots and Lifting out system uses Iride Grad technology. Lifting programs are stored in PC and retrived via bar code. The lifting very soft movement avoid any risk of Venetian blinds and ensure an uniform lacquer thick. Lacqure pots are designed interchangeable to be replaced in few minutes with other pots conteining different lacquers. Lacquer pots are designed to reduce evaporation to a minimum. Lacquer level is fix. Lacquer is continuosly circulated. Solvent is automatially refilled. Lacquer temperature is controlled with accuracy of ± 0.5 °C. Lacquer piping such as filter, pump and pot are fixed each other by clamps, to ensure an easy de-assembling and re-assembling in case of clenaing. Unloading station is designed to store up to 5 products batches. An appropriate extraction system ehxaustes all types of vapour generetad in the machine, ensuring to fulfill safety and health local requirement. A safety basin located on the bottom prevent to contaminate floor from any unexpected leaks. Machine is designed to expand its capacity from 48 to 120 lenses /hour just changing few parts. Dip-coating expansion possibility follows customer growth without need to replace the machine, ensuring at same time the minimum consumption af lacquer and energies.

LAC MASS

Machine designed for dip-coating stock lenses and masks in mass production and can deliver few thousand of finished lenses per hour. Dip-coater utilizes all type of lacquer usable via dipping, currently available on the market. Timing is 5 minutes batch. Machine is a sequence of loading, cleaning, drying, coating, curing. post-curing and unloading sections. Loading and unloading stations can hold up to 10 product batches. Atmosphere, inside machine casing, is  filtered and mainteined in plus pressure to avoid any exthernal contamination. In coating zone atmosphere is classified. Cleaning and drying sections use PLURITANK technology. In cleaning zone, products are moved from one tank to the other by a 2 axis translator while in rest of the machine products are moved by chains. Coating section is designed to manage one primer and two lacquers. Lifting out system is droven via PC. Lifting programs are stored in PC and retrived via bar code. The lifting very soft movement avoid any risk of Venetiand blinds and ensure an uniform lacquer thick all along lenses surfaces. The post-curing station is designed to reduce to a minum the floor occupance. An appropriate extraction system ehxaustes all types of vapour generetad in the line, ensuring to fulfill safety and health local requirement. Machine is built on customer requirement.Machine layout can be I or L or U design.
